We have been growing garlic for 15 years and have selected 4 varieties that we love: Red Russian, Marble Purple Stripe, Music and Chesnook. All of our garlic is organically grown and all of our soil enhancements are natural and chemical free. We also sell black garlic which is a wonderful addition to your charcuterie board for entertaining. Not only is black garlic tasty, it is packed full of healthy antioxidants. Some of our seed has been imported from Lithuania and Russia. We have some of the best tasting culinary garlic available in Alberta. We ship culinary and seed garlic Canada wide starting in September each year.
